Project Overview

For the 0.42-acre property, site-civil construction plans were developed, including a multi-family building and parking area, as well as erosion control, drainage, grading, fire, water, and sewer infrastructure. A curve number analysis was also completed to show compliance with Charlotte County stormwater criteria requirements.
